[1] Tell the tele-caller that you are busy driving and may call afterwards.
[2] Tell him/her to repeat what they say several times.
[3] Tell him/her to speak up louder as you are hard of hearing.
[4] Tell him/her to keep on hold and forget it.
[5] Tell them to speak slowly as you are writing down word by word.
[6] If the call is from ABC Bank, give them the number of XYZ Bank and tell them to call back.
[7] Ask the caller to give his/her number and that you will definitely call back.
[8] Whatever they say reply in only two words either yes or no simultaneously.
[9] Speak with them in surprise and say to them that you were eagerly expecting the call for the whole day and the call comes now.
[10] If they start with "how are you" start narrating your grief.
